Wil is a Program Officer at Panorama Strategy where he is currently supporting government and philanthropic partners across climate, global health, and workers' rights projects. He previously worked with clients across sectors and issues across systems, in project implementation, research, strategy development, and teaching.
From local projects to global public-private partnerships, Wil has collaborated with teams from companies, foundations, governments, and nonprofits across six continents. Most recently, he worked as a Consultant with FSG, where he used research and analyses to develop CSR and philanthropic strategies for companies and foundations. Prior to that, with Palladium, he managed the implementation of activities on USAID projects focused on increasing capacity and funding underutilized local partners in global health and advancing a global public-private partnership with 15 private sector partners to support MSME cross-border e-commerce development.
Wil also served as a Youth Development Volunteer with the United States Peace Corps in Morocco and as a teacher in Denver Schools. He holds an MA in International Administration from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies, University of Denver and a BA in Philosophy from SUNY Buffalo State.
