Reena is a Senior Program Officer at Panorama Strategy where she collaborates with partners on strategy development, coalition building, and advocacy initiatives. With a decade of experience in global health, policy, and research, she brings a collaborative mindset, empathetic leadership, and a commitment to amplifying diverse perspectives in strategy and advocacy work.
From local health initiatives to global advocacy efforts, Reena has partnered with teams across nonprofits, government, and foundations across diverse settings. Before joining Panorama, she conducted qualitative research at Mathematica, applying equitable evaluation principles to projects focused on maternal and child health, health equity, and COVID-19. Previously, she also worked with the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention, providing programmatic and evaluation support for chronic disease interventions in Nevada. Reena also led local advocacy and communication efforts for youth sexual and reproductive health programs in Kitwe, Zambia through Global Health Corps.
Reena holds a Master of Science in Public Health for Development from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Outside of work, Reena enjoys obsessing over dogs, enjoying a good book, or exploring the world through dance.
