Karla Dawson is a Program Officer at Panorama Strategy, where she provides strategic guidance and project management support across a range of social impact initiatives. With a background in health policy and health equity, Karla is passionate about fostering equitable collaboration as a foundation for meaningful and sustainable change.
Before joining Panorama, Karla worked to help individuals with blood cancers and blood disorders access life-saving treatments. She brings experience in community engagement, group facilitation, and data-driven program and policy development. Her prior work also spans a variety of evaluation projects in public health and philanthropy, with particular expertise in stakeholder interviews and survey design.
Karla holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from the Rollins School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Outside of work, Karla enjoys spending time with her family—whether hiking to discover new views or catching up on the latest binge-worthy TV show.
